RMIT University's Media and Communications unit uses Medianet frequently to send out releases and alerts. It's easy, flexible and has streamlined our operations.

Medianet’s PR Software is comprehensive and user-friendly. We find it a great tool to ensure our evidence-based nutrition messages reach the most appropriate journalists every time.

Medianet has been a vital resource for our agency in navigating the dramatic changes in the Australian media landscape this year. The team have been wonderfully responsible and are always available when we need them, in local time.

As a fully remote team we need a media database platform that is responsive and collaborative, but still simple to use.
Medianet are particularly great at updating their network of contacts, and are incredibly responsive when we need support or have a question to ask. Our primary, most-used feature is by far the database, and the ability to make an unlimited number of lists which live on our account and can be shared across the team.

Our account manager is a delight to work with, service is always with a smile and nothing is ever too much trouble. We appreciate the prompt assistance and reliability, often with requests at short notice and outside business hours.

Palin Communications’ experience using Medianet has been very good. The agency uses Medianet for media release distribution, sourcing media contacts, developing distribution lists, and highlighting events that may be of interest to media. The Palin team enjoys the UX/UI design, the platform is user friendly, and simple to navigate.
